8778 Tucker Blvd Cycle Track
The Tucker Boulevard Cycle Track Project will add a 2-way, street level, physically protected bike and scooter facility on the existing asphalt pavement along the west side of Tucker Boulevard between Washington Avenue and Chouteau Avenue. The project will also include elements that improve pedestrian safety and accessibility such as updated pedestrian signal heads, high visibility crosswalk markings, a mid-block median crosswalk refuge island at City Hall, and updated ADA curb ramps at select locations along the west side of Tucker. In addition, a new traffic signal is planned to replace the existing signal at the intersection of Tucker and Chouteau. This new signal will accommodate the cycle track, lane reconfiguration, curb ramps, and modified drainage at this intersection.
