St. Louis Community College will receive sealed bids for the General Contracting Work for Contract No. F25 402, Transformed Projects at the Forest Park Campus for the EHC Renovation, until November 26, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time CST.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the Manager of Engineering and Design, 5464 Highland Park, St. Louis, MO 63110. Specifications, drawings and bid forms may be obtained from Cross Rhodes’ Plan room at 2371 S Jefferson, St. Louis, MO 63118.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2024 at 1 p.m. in the Forest Park Student Center, Room SC118.
The College has the proposed minority goals: MBE 15% and WBE 12%.
